Payment Options (Australian Store)
All prices on this site include GST, and every order comes with a GST-compliant tax invoice showing our ABN.
Card or PayPal at checkout
The fastest way to order. Pay by credit card, school P-Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay, and your tax invoice arrives by email straight away. Best if you can pay now and claim it back, or if your school issues P-Cards.
School Payment via Invoice
For government, Catholic and independent schools, P&C and P&F associations, early childhood and OOSH centres, councils and government departments.
Order now and pay later. Nothing is charged at checkout.
How it works
- Add what you need to your cart and choose School Payment via Invoice at the payment step.
- We email you a GST tax invoice, usually within one business day. It has our BSB and account number on it.
- Pay by bank transfer, or by card using the Pay now button on the invoice. Please use your order number as the payment reference so we can match it up.
When we send your order
Most orders are dispatched straight away and you pay the invoice when your school's process allows. On larger orders we may wait until we have your purchase order number or your payment, and we will tell you if that applies to yours.
Purchase order numbers. If your invoice needs to show a PO number, reply to your order confirmation email and we will add it. Most schools raise the PO after ordering, so there is no need to have one ready.
Payment terms. If you need 30 day terms, just tell us and we will note it on the invoice.
There is no minimum order. A single box is fine.
Quotes and larger orders
For larger orders we can put together a written quote before you commit, which is often what a P&C or finance team needs for approval. Email sales@partygoat.com with what you are planning and roughly how many people are involved, and we will work out quantities with you.
Payment terms on larger orders are agreed case by case. Upfront payment is usually required for businesses and individuals.
A few practical notes
Cheques. We no longer accept cheques. Bank transfer or card only. Australian cheque usage has fallen by around 90% over the last decade and the system is being wound down nationally, so almost everyone has already moved across. If a cheque is genuinely your only option, get in touch before you order and we will see what we can do.
Stock. We hold Australian stock in our Sunshine Coast warehouse, but we cannot hold items during a long approval process. If your event has a date, order early.
Verification. We may give you a call to confirm an invoice order, and we reserve the right to decline or limit orders paid this way.
